A Truly Orange County Podcast Experience

As a boudoir photographer based in Orange County, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many women from all walks of life. Being invited onto an Orange County Podcast that uplifts women and shares raw, real stories felt like the perfect fit. From the second we started recording, I knew this conversation was going to be easy and effortless and was going to matter—not just for my business, but for the women who hear it and recognize themselves in it.

Lauren and I talked about the “why” behind boudoir photography and how I’ve intentionally created a client-driven experience through OC Boudoir. Every session is custom. Every woman’s story is honored. And every detail is designed with her in mind.

Boudoir is More Than Just Photos

One of the things I loved most about this podcast episode was getting to go deep. So often, people assume boudoir is just about getting sexy pictures taken. But it’s so much more layered than that.

For many of the women I work with, especially those in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s,boudoir is a turning point. It’s a chance to reclaim parts of themselves that got buried under motherhood, marriage, heartbreak, or the pressures of everyday life. In the episode, I shared how I help my clients feel seen, held, and celebrated at every step of the process.

We talked about how I make each shoot feel personal, safe, and truly luxurious. From the pre-session phone consultation to professional makeup, styling support, and even music playlists that reflect your vibe. I also opened up about my own recent boudoir session and how stepping in front of the camera was a moment of transformation for me too.

Celebrating Every Chapter of a Woman’s Life

One of the core messages I shared on the podcast was that boudoir doesn’t have an age limit or a “perfect” body requirement and why are we always chasing that? What about LOVING yourself TRULY where you are right now and seeing yourself though a different lens (literally!)? I work with women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond—women who are rediscovering their sensuality, healing from trauma, reigniting their confidence, or simply doing something bold for themselves.
